Heyyy! so this is my 6-week abs guide to help guide you on your fitness journey. It comprises of 4 workout sessions a week and is 3 weeks repeated twice. The guide includes a very big dietary section because a clean diet is very important for stomach fat loss and abs training. It includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner meals and recipes. I'll also give you top tricks on what to do whilst training abs. After the 6-weeks, you can repeat the guide at your own wish or simply switch the weeks and sessions around to your own liking.
